Airbox operates 7 days a week. Orders received before 8pm Monday to Friday, and before 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, are despatched the same day.

Zoetermeer, Netherlands

Edisonstraat 59/D, 2723 RS Zoetermeer. Operated by Airbox Fulfilment B.V., the Zoetermeer site sits at the centre of the EU market, between Rotterdam, The Hague and Amsterdam, and operates 7 days a week, 08:30 to 18:00.

Why UK brands hold stock in the EU

Since Brexit, parcels sent from the UK to customers in the EU need customs declarations, and import VAT and any duty have to be paid before delivery. When the customer pays these on delivery, the cost and the delay land on them. Holding stock in a warehouse inside the EU means EU orders ship as EU parcels, without a customs border between the warehouse and the customer.

When we receive your items into our warehouse each product is individually barcode scanned into a location within our purpose built pick face. This allows us to create a report showing you the variance between what you have purchased from your factory and what you have actually received. Our warehouse management system will then integrate these figures into your selling platform.

Flawless Accuracy

We work on a barcode verification system to ensure complete picking and fulfilment accuracy. All of your orders are sent to our hand-held scanners and the items are firstly scanned into a tote when picked and then scanned once more at our dispatch station. This two-step verification process has allowed us to have near perfect picking accuracy across all of our clients.

Efficient Fulfilment

We don’t waste any time printing picking sheets, instead, we pick all of your orders in batches which allows us to fulfil high volumes of orders each and every day. We have clients who dispatch up to 5000 individual daily orders, so we are very confident that our system is the most efficient method possible to ensure all orders are dispatched on the day they are placed.
