Seamless Brightpearl integration

We integrate with Brightpearl through our Mintsoft WMS, delivering bi-directional stock sync across your inventory, orders and fulfilment data. Changes in Brightpearl flow through to our warehouse. Fulfilment updates flow back. Your stock data stays accurate across every channel without any manual reconciliation. Airbox is Mintsoft's largest UK client and participates in bi-weekly product development meetings to keep integrations current.

Accurate at volume

Over 450,000 D2C orders processed every month at 99.9% pick accuracy and 99% on-time despatch. Orders received before 8pm are despatched same day, seven days a week. Inventory accuracy runs at 99.5% or above with continuous cycle counting and an annual full stock audit.

Full visibility built in

Real-time stock visibility through the Airbox Control dashboard for unlimited users. Every pick and despatch is timestamped and attributed to an operative. Returns are processed within 48 hours with full WMS-tracked condition reporting.

We distribute to 29 named retail accounts including major UK and European retailers, with dedicated retailer-specific routing, labelling and compliance handled in-house. Full wholesale capability alongside D2C from a single operation.
