Direct Zedonk integration

We integrate with Zedonk through our Mintsoft WMS with bi-directional stock sync. Inventory levels, order data and fulfilment updates flow between systems automatically. Your team works in Zedonk as normal. We handle the warehouse. Airbox is Mintsoft's largest UK client, participating in bi-weekly product development meetings so our clients benefit from integration improvements as they happen.

Fashion fulfilment handled with care

Less than 10% of our workforce is agency staff versus an industry average of around 50%. Every operative is a full-time employee who knows your brand and your standards. We offer tissue wrap, personalised inserts, handwritten notes and custom packaging as standard value-added services for brands where presentation matters.

Accurate at volume

Over 450,000 D2C orders processed every month at 99.9% pick accuracy and 99% on-time despatch. Orders received before 8pm are despatched same day, seven days a week. Returns processed within 48 hours with full WMS-tracked condition reporting.

Retail distribution ready

We distribute to 29 named retail accounts including Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Net-a-Porter, ASOS, SSENSE and more. Retailer-specific routing, labelling and compliance handled in-house by our dedicated wholesale team.
