Stock integrity built in

We operate with full batch and lot tracking, expiry date management and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation as standard. Inventory accuracy runs at 99.5% or above. Every pick is timestamped and attributed to an operative, with overhead cameras across all packing and despatch areas.

Fast, reliable despatch

Orders received before 8pm are despatched same day, Monday to Friday. Weekend fulfilment operates with a 5pm cut-off on Saturday and Sunday, with carrier collections in place both days. Goods-in turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.

Retail distribution included

We distribute to 29 named retail accounts including Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Ocado, Holland and Barrett and more. Retailer-specific routing, labelling and compliance is handled by our dedicated wholesale team.
