All of it is agreed at a unit rate and built into your packing workflow. Your customers will not be able to tell the difference between you packing it yourself and us doing it for you.

Integrated with your Etsy store

We connect to Etsy through our Mintsoft WMS, syncing orders and fulfilment data automatically. Orders flow directly from your Etsy shop into our warehouse without any manual intervention. Airbox is Mintsoft's largest UK client, participating in bi-weekly product development meetings to keep our clients ahead of platform updates.

99.9% pick accuracy and 99% on-time despatch across over 450,000 D2C orders every month. Airbox despatches orders received before 8pm the same day, Monday to Friday. At weekends the cut-off is 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, with carrier collections on both days.

Is there a minimum order volume?

No. Airbox has no setup fees, no onboarding costs and no minimum volumes. Onboarding is billed at the standard goods-in tariff.

Airbox processes returns within 48 hours, and each return goes through a restock or quarantine workflow.
