Native Shopify integration

We use Mintsoft WMS, which integrates natively with Shopify. Inventory, order and fulfilment data syncs via webhooks or on a 15-minute cadence. Orders flow directly into our warehouse without any manual intervention from your team. Airbox is Mintsoft's largest UK client, which means we participate in bi-weekly product development meetings and our clients benefit from platform improvements ahead of the market.

Fast, accurate despatch

We process over 450,000 D2C orders every month at 99.9% pick accuracy and 99% on-time despatch. Orders received before 8pm are despatched same day, Monday to Friday. Weekend fulfilment operates with a 5pm cut-off on Saturday and Sunday, with carrier collections both days.

Full visibility, always

Real-time stock visibility through the Airbox Control dashboard for unlimited users. Every pick and despatch is timestamped and attributed to an operative. Inventory accuracy runs at 99.5% or above. Returns are processed within 48 hours with full WMS-tracked condition reporting.
