Airbox is an approved Seller Fulfilled Prime 3PL. We process 2,000 to 3,000 Prime orders per day with a seller or merchant ID only required to get started. Our operation is built around the cut-offs and accuracy rates Amazon demands, not as a bolt-on service but as a core part of how we work.

Seamless Amazon integration

We integrate with Amazon via API through our Mintsoft WMS. Orders flow directly from Amazon into our warehouse and fulfilment data feeds back automatically. Airbox is Mintsoft's largest UK client and participates in bi-weekly product development meetings, keeping our clients ahead of platform changes.

The accuracy Amazon requires

99.9% pick accuracy and 99% on-time despatch across over 450,000 D2C orders every month. Orders received before 8pm are despatched same day, seven days a week. Every pick is timestamped and attributed to an operative. You have full real-time visibility through the Airbox Control dashboard.

Whether you are running Fulfilled by Merchant or Seller Fulfilled Prime, we manage both. Full returns processing within 48 hours with WMS-tracked condition reporting, and restock or quarantine workflow to suit your requirements.
