Compliance built into every pick

Airbox operates with full batch and lot tracking, expiry date management and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation as standard. Inventory accuracy runs at 99.5% or above. Every pick and despatch is timestamped and attributed to an operative, with overhead cameras across all packing and despatch areas.

Accurate at volume

We process over 450,000 D2C orders every month at 99.9% pick accuracy and 99% on-time despatch. Orders received before 8pm are despatched same day, seven days a week. Returns are processed within 48 hours with full WMS-tracked condition reporting.

Real-time stock visibility

Full access to the Airbox Control dashboard for unlimited users. Cycle counting is continuous, triggered at replenishment, with a full stock audit carried out annually. You always know exactly what is in your inventory and where it is.

Retail distribution ready

We distribute to 29 named retail accounts including Holland and Barrett, Boots, Superdrug and major UK grocery, with dedicated retailer-specific routing, labelling and compliance handled in-house by our wholesale team.
