Customer Care and Service
As part as our full comprehensive service, we have a specialised customer service and after care support division. Our ability to represent our clients in the same ethos and manner they expect is unique within the warehousing industry and we are proud to be able to offer this to our brands.
We have been able to cut costs for clients previously paying for their own in-house team whilst in many cases enhancing the customer service offering to their customers. Each of our customers are set up with a dedicated telephone number and email account which is accessible by both parties for full transparency.
Our team are specifically trained to each brand to answer any questions customers may pose and as the warehouse we see ourselves as the first port of call to provide rapid responses to stock and fulfilment queries.
We send a detailed monthly report giving a breakdown of queries for that month, so that our clients are able to adapt and improve their business based on their own customer feedback.
