Introducing Airbox, a different approach to Fulfilment
The Three best friends on a mission to change warehousing
Do you need logistical help in your fashion brand?

Airbox Fulfilment’s clients consist of brands such as Prevu, Rugby World Cup Official Store and the 36th America’s Cup Sponsored by Prada.

Located just 15 minutes from Heathrow, Airbox Fulfilment is a fulfilment company who specialise in fashion. Run by three best friends in their twenties and predicted to turnover £2m by the end of next year, Airbox want to break away from the stereotype of traditional warehousing and breathe fresh air into the industry.

What makes Airbox immediately different from other logistic companies is their fresh perspective and outlook: the three co-founders are childhood friends and combined have experience in marketing and media production with degrees in both Law and Bio-medicine. A lifelong interest in fashion drove them to enter and specialise in the world of fashion e-commerce fulfilment.

Before entering, the co-founders spoke to a lot of brands who didn’t necessarily trust warehousing and logistics companies, therefore Airbox works in an honest way. They go about this by providing their clients with transparent invoicing, costings, no hidden charges, and they do not punish mistakes but instead, try and fix them.

Airbox does not discriminate against the size of a brand, their clients have ranged from streetwear brands such as Nicce and Money Clothing, to more boutique brands such as Bodas, a luxury lingerie brand. if you are starting up in your bedroom or you own a 10 million pound company, Airbox caters for everyone.

In addition, the turnover of staff in the warehousing industry is extremely high, this is why Airbox offer all of their staff an NVQ qualification in warehousing and logistics, as well as offering apprenticeship schemes. Nobody has left Airbox yet, but if they wished to in the future they would have the best platform to go forward.

Jeremy Tan, Managing Director:

“What’s really exciting about fulfilment is that it is a relatively untapped market, nobody is specialising in fashion the way we are. It is also significant how much time and money it allows brand owners to focus on their brand amongst other things, we take care of all of the logistics. Or just as much as you need.”

Airbox’s goal is to be the go-to fulfilment house in the UK for your business.
